When you book a call via the «Book a call» button, you are redirected to the Calendly scheduling tool, which collects the data needed to book a slot: name, work email address and, where applicable, any additional information requested in the booking form.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to organize and confirm a call with Next Leap Consulting.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, collected at the time you book the slot.
Recipients and processors
Bookings are handled via Calendly, which acts as a data processor for managing this booking and may process data outside the European Union; we invite you to review its privacy policy.
Retention period
Collected data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.
