When you book a meeting via the "Free AI diagnostic" button, you are redirected to the Calendly scheduling tool, which collects the data needed to book a time slot: name, professional email address and, where applicable, any additional information requested in the booking form.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to organize and confirm a conversation with Next Leap Consulting.

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given at the time of booking the time slot.

Booking is handled via Calendly, which acts as a processor for managing this booking and may process data outside the European Union; we invite you to review its privacy policy.
Retention period
Data collected is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.
