When you book a meeting via the "Get my flash diagnostic" button, you are redirected to Calendly, our scheduling tool, which collects the data needed to book a slot: name, professional email address, and, where applicable, any additional information requested in the booking form.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to arrange and confirm a conversation with Next Leap Consulting.

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given at the time you book the slot.

Scheduling is handled via Calendly, which acts as a data processor for managing this booking and may process data outside the European Union; we invite you to review its privacy policy.
Retention period
Data collected is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
